Chocolate Cacao Smoothie

This full-flavored smoothie is packed with protein and health!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or 1/2 frozen banana (banana is tastier, but raspberries are healthier)
  • 3-4 cups kale or spinach leaves
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1 doonk pure stevia (or 1 tsp. of THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1/4 tsp probiotic powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix, layer by layer.  Turn on high and process for one minute or until completely smooth.  Enjoy!
