Frozen organic blueberries with a crunchy topping of oats and nuts. Great for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
Rub coconut oil inside 9" x 9" baking dish. Spread berries evenly on the bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and lightly drizzle with honey (or sprinkle THM Gentle Sweet) over top.
In a separate bowl, mix oatmeal, almonds, chia and flax seeds, coconut oil, optional coconut flakes, and sweetener of choice. Spread topping evenly over berries in dish.
Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired. Also, sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds for more crunch, if desired. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes (longer if berries are still slightly frozen).
