A healthy, nutty, moist, and delicious sweet banana bread to restore your temple. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free.
Mash bananas and add eggs, oil, sweetener, milk, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Add flour blend, salt, soda, and cinnamon. Stir to just blended. Do not over mix.
Pour into loaf pan lined with parchment paper or coated with coconut oil. Smooth surface and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 40 minutes.
Remove bread from oven and allow to cool completely. Slice loaf and serve or refrigerate. Enjoy! :-)
